Sump Pump Failure

When the sump pump failed, water quickly spread from a storage area to the adjacent recreation room causing extensive damage.  Once the water was extracted, the team then had to remove the laminate flooring to begin drying the affected area.  Our technicians monitored this job daily to make sure the equipment was running safely and the materials were drying properly.

Please call SERVPRO of Beachwood/Shaker Heights/Cleveland Heights at 216-464-4498 for all your water damage needs.

Hot Water Tank Damage

Pictured above is the devastation from a pipe bursting on the customers hot water tank.  Our certified technicians were quickly on site to extract the water and set up the equipment to begin the drying process.

Sewer Backup

Water from a sewer backup should be considered dangerous.  The water is unsanitary and may contain bacteria that could cause serious illness or even death if ingested.  Sewage backups should be taken care of as quickly as possible by a certified mitigation company.
