A few reminders to get your home ready for fall:

• Call your heating and cooling company to service your furnace so it is ready when you are. Need a recommendation?  Call us at 216-464-4498
• Change your smoke alarm batteries when you turn back your clocks for Daylight Savings Time on November 6, 2016.
• Clean your chimney and have the fireplace inspected for cracks
• Gutters cleaned after the leaves are all off the trees
• Space heaters are not placed near furniture or drapery.
