We Care About Your Safety in the Cleveland Area

Not all businesses are required to have an emergency plan, but SERVPRO of Beachwood and Cleveland Northeast does recommend one. It’s called an ERP (Emergency Ready Profile) and we will help you put it together! First, one of our team members would come to meet with the building owner, manager or supervisor to do a walk through to create a profile of what you would need during a fire, water or weather related emergency. Then, we would put together a packet of information for you that is available both electronically and printable.

Included in the ERP:

  • Local SERVPRO (owner’s name, address and phone number)
  • Emergency Action Checklist (a checklist of what to do in the event of a fire or water emergency that will keep employees and visitors safe)
  • Advanced Warning and Emergency Contacts
  • Emergency Contacts ( police, fire and rescue)
  • Main Utility Information (including company, contact number and shut off location)
  • Primary Contact Information (building owner, maintenance manager, property manager , heating/cooling company, local hospital, security company, etc.)
  • Insurance Information ( name, agent, phone number, policy number)
  • Miscellaneous Contacts Information (anyone you wish to be notified)
  • Property Overview (photo of the property, address, phone number and directions)
  • Building Access Information (a location to park SERVPRO vehicles, building access, elevator access and stairway access.

Call SERVPRO of Beachwood and Cleveland Northeast at 216-464-4498 to set up an appointment to begin putting together your ERP. We extend our services in the surrounding Cleveland and Beachwood area including, but not limited to: Cuyahoga Heights, Brooklyn Heights, and Euclid.
